MAKE YOUR OWN NAKED BARS
Serves you and baby / Preparation: 5 minutes / Freeze: Yes
- 60g unsalted cashew nuts
- 60g pecans
- 15 dates stoned
- 5 dried apricots
Add the following to flavour:
- 2 tsps cinnamon (pecan pie)
- 4 tsps dried ginger (gingerbread)
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder and the zest of 1 lemon (cocoa orange)
Cherry Bakewell ingredients:
- 120g blanched unsalted almonds
- 10 dates stoned
- 5 dried apricots
- A handful of dried cranberries
- 1 tsp of almond essence

- Add all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until the nuts are in very small pieces
- Tip the contents of the blender in to a small plastic tub and press down firmly to remove any gaps
- Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Remove from the fridge and turn out the tub on to a chopping board
- Slice in to bars and enjoy
